E-Philanthropy and Herberger College’s Investing: Societies of the Arts
With Blackberries and iphones, many of us are doing more and more of our business online. E-philanthropy is quickly becoming a convenient and easy way for people to be involved and to make an impact.
Herberger College of the Arts, in partnership with the ASU Foundation, has created new online-giving options. This feature allows you our donors a secure, easy way to invest. Your gifts can support any one of Herberger College’s arts investment societies.
Whether your interest is in supporting young musicians through our School of Music’s Maestro Society, your love of the visual arts inspires you to become involved in the School of Art Artists’ Society, or you wish to invest directly in Dean Kim’s leadership work through the dean’s investment fund, you can support the arts in ways that best fits your interests.
Your investment funds supplies and new technology for our classrooms, student enrichment grants, and intrinsically supports Dean Kim’s goal to “concentrate excellence” by attracting the leading arts faculty from all over the world. With your gift, you impact the next generation of young artists when they most need your support.
To make an online gift, click the Give Now button at the end of this story. Choose from the drop down menu the investment society that most interests you.
If you have questions concerning Herberger College investment societies or online giving, please call Dayle Matchett, director of development at 480.208.3248, or send an e-mail, dayle.matchett@asu.edu.
